Cruise in Greece cannot and will not accept liability for adverse weather conditions during your holiday. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the Service is affected by circumstances amounting to FORCE MAJEURE (including any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as, for example, war or threat of war, civil conflict, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, health risks, terrorist activity, technical problems to transport, adverse weather conditions, airport closures, fire and all similar events).

For our daily programmed cruises:

  • The time of arrival and departure might vary from the stated schedule. For the safety and well-being of passengers and crew, the captain reserves the right to alter the route and schedule.
  • Our tour relies on good weather conditions. If adverse weather leads to a cancellation, you’ll have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. Remember, weather on land might differ from conditions at sea.
  • In the event of non-ideal weather conditions, if the port authority deems it safe and permits the vessel to set sail, both the booking and the cruise will remain valid. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. However, the company reserves the right to make exceptions and may decide to issue a refund at its discretion.

For our private cruises:

  • In instances of non-ideal weather conditions, should the port authority deem it safe and permit the vessel to set sail, the reservation for the vessel will remain valid. The decision to embark on the sea journey or remain docked at the port on the scheduled day of departure lies at the discretion of the client.
  • If the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable but the port police permit the cruise to operate, and both the client and provider agree to proceed with sailing, the captain retains the authority to modify the agreed-upon itinerary. This is to prioritize the safety of the passengers and adapt to the prevailing weather conditions.
