Cruise
If you have provided us with your passport or other identification number, there is no need to bring the physical document. However, we recommend keeping a digital copy handy for any port authority checks.
No need to print a receipt. Simply provide your name and have your booking number handy when you meet the tour guide. This information will be sufficient for verification.
For compliance with port authority regulations, we require your Full Name, Birth Date, Nationality, and Passport Number (or another valid Identification Number) at least one day before your cruise.
Please note that we do not provide towels, shoes, flip-flops, wind jackets, sunglasses, or sunscreen. We strongly recommend bringing these items to enhance your comfort during the cruise.
We strive to accommodate most special dietary requests with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your cruise. This includes vegetarian options and managing common food allergies (e.g., to peanuts, fish, eggs, etc.). However, we currently cannot provide meals that are Kosher or Halal. Please ensure to inform us in advance about any specific dietary requirements or food allergies you have. It’s important to note that we do not offer children’s menus.
We regret to inform you that our boats are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Transfer
Transfer service is an additional option available to our clients at the time of booking. The cost per person for this service is 15 euros.
A few days before the cruise, you will receive an email with an approximate pickup. Please be ready at the specified time, as our drivers must adhere to the schedule to avoid delays for other customers. If you use WhatsApp or Viber, check them on the morning of your pickup, as our drivers often use these platforms for communication.
Yes, the transfer service includes both pick-up and drop-off from hotels and accommodations within the Athens center.
Transfers can be arranged outside of Athens, depending on the availability of vans. Please note that the price will also adjust per person based on the location. Even when we are unable to assist with our own transfer, our team is here to guide and assist you to the best of our ability. Feel free to reach out to us via our contact page for further guidance.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
For our daily cruises: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
For our private cruises: To secure the cruise booking, an advance payment constituting 50% of the total cruise rate is required. This payment should be made no later than seven days following the booking confirmation. The client must settle the remaining 50% of the cruise rate at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the cruise.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the cruise departure and receive a full refund. In cases of adverse weather or technical issues that prevent sailing, a full refund will be issued. If the weather conditions are less than ideal, but the port authorities grant us permission to sail, the cruise will proceed as scheduled, and no refund will be provided. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in missing the departure, and refunds cannot be provided in such circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued.
Should there be a technical issue, the supplier is committed to providing a replacement vessel of the same type and under the same private charter conditions.
If the supplier cancels the cruise due to adverse weather conditions (as deemed by the port authorities), and rescheduling is not feasible due to the client’s availability constraints, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
In instances of non-ideal weather conditions, should the port authority deem it safe and permit the vessel to set sail, the reservation for the vessel will remain valid. The decision to embark on the sea journey or remain docked at the port on the scheduled day of departure lies at the discretion of the client.
If the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable but the port police permit the cruise to operate, and both the client and provider agree to proceed with sailing, the captain retains the authority to modify the agreed-upon itinerary. This is to prioritize the safety of the passengers and adapt to the prevailing weather conditions.
