Cruise in Greece – One Day Cruises

For our Day Cruises

Discover all the details of our comprehensive cancellation policy for Day Cruises.

For the day cruise, the full payment must be concluded at the time of booking for your reservation to be valid.

You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the cruise for a full refund.

If external factors such as adverse weather or technical issues on the boat prevent us from sailing, a full refund will be provided.

Please note that punctuality for departure is the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a customer is late, we regret that we cannot delay the boat’s departure, and we bear no responsibility if the boat departs as scheduled without them.

The time of arrival and departure might vary from the stated schedule. For the safety and well-being of passengers and crew, the captain reserves the right to alter the route and schedule.

  • Our tour relies on good weather conditions. If adverse weather leads to a cancellation, you’ll have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. Remember, weather on land might differ from conditions at sea.
  • In the event of non-ideal weather conditions, if the port authority deems it safe and permits the vessel to set sail, both the booking and the cruise will remain valid. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. However, the
company reserves the right to make exceptions and may decide to issue a refund at its discretion.
  • To ensure your safety and well-being, we kindly enforce a restriction on alcohol consumption exclusively during the buffet lunch hours.
  • We strive to accommodate most special dietary requests with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your cruise. This includes vegetarian options and managing common food allergies (e.g., to peanuts, fish, eggs, etc.). However,
we currently cannot provide meals that are Kosher or Halal. Please ensure to inform us in advance about any specific dietary requirements or food allergies you have. It’s important to note that we do not offer children’s menus.

For our Private Cruises

  • To secure the cruise booking, an advance payment constituting 50% of the total cruise rate is required. This payment should be made no later than seven days following the booking confirmation.
  • The client must settle the remaining 50% of the cruise rate at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the cruise.
  • In the event of cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued.
  • Should there be a technical issue, the supplier is committed to providing a replacement vessel of the same type and under the same private charter conditions.
  • If the supplier cancels the cruise due to adverse weather conditions (as deemed by the port authorities), and rescheduling is not feasible due to the client’s availability constraints, the advance payment will be fully  refunded.
  • In instances of non-ideal weather conditions, should the port authority deem it safe and permit the vessel to set sail, the reservation for the vessel will remain valid. The decision to embark on the sea journey or remain docked at the port on the scheduled day of departure lies at the discretion of the client.
  • If the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable, but the port police permit the cruise to operate, and both the client and provider agree to proceed with sailing, the captain retains the authority to modify the agreed-upon itinerary.
This is to prioritize the safety of the passengers and adapt to the prevailing weather conditions.
